ICE Arrests 23 Sexual Predators
In an early November 2019 operation called SOAR (Sex Offender Alien Removal), officers from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested 23 sexual predators on Long Island. All 23 illegal alien predators had past criminal convictions ranging from sexual abuse to violent rape. A number were registered sex offenders.
